How to Support the Hubbardston Public Library
The Friends of the Hubbardston Public Library promote and assist the Library. The Friends believe that an excellent Library is essential to the community. Individuals, families, and local businesses are encouraged to join and make a difference.
The Friends meet on the second Thursday of every month at the Library.
Their work includes fundraising, sponsoring activities, and creating events of interest to the community, such as the annual book sale. The Friends raise and receive funds for books, equipment, and other needs not covered by the Library budget. Every dollar raised is used directly to support the Library.
The Friends bring together concerned citizens who appreciate the Library's value and who are willing to devote time, energy, and thought to accomplish these goals.
For more information on becoming a Friend, please send email to Sandy MacLeod or call (978) 928-5498.
